Our Training Programme
This month we introduced a new in house training programme.
All members of staff were encouraged to apply to be part of the training team. They then went through an interview process for selection.
We held an in depth ‘Training the trainers’ programme over several days in September.
This is a very exciting project where members of our teams can share their enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise to all of our Coast Care staff, whilst having the opportunity of furthering their careers.
