Established in 2012, Coast Care Group provide loving care and support to individuals living within their own homes in the community. The areas we cover include Bexhill on Sea, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings and Battle. We specialise in Dementia and memory loss and are passionate about providing the highest standards of care to all our clients.

Over 10 Years of Caring at Home
We can facilitate various types of packages from one hour a week, to five calls a day and we support our clients with tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, shopping, medication administration and personal care.
At Coast Care Group, trading name of Coast Care Homes Ltd, we know that consistency of carer is paramount and that this enables a trusting and comfortable relationship to form between the carer and client. We believe that un-hurried calls which focus on companionship as well as personal care are exceptionally beneficial to a person’s overall feeling of well being, which is why we make our minimum call duration half an hour.
We are proud of its reputation for supporting individuals with memory loss, challenging behaviours and complex needs, always focusing on dignity, respect and lived experience.
The organisation is well known for its vibrant community engagement, running regular minibus trips and activities that connect residents to everyday life. Coast Care Centre also played a vital role during the Covid-19 pandemic, supporting NHS discharge pressures.
In 2024, we became an Employee Ownership Trust, protecting its ethos for the future and ensuring staff, residents and families remain at the heart of everything we do.
