I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Whitebeach. The home and facilities are lovely and well maintained, the garden is beautiful, the amount of activities, trips and parties they have is just fantastic! But it’s mostly the staff who are just incredible! They have transformed my mum back into the fun loving happy soul she really is, after having had some quite traumatic experiences of different care homes beforehand, really are fantastic!
Alice – June ’25My wife is well looked after and any problem she has, every attempt is made to solve to as best as possible. So nice to visit a friendly and busy care home. All are well accepted by staff and several residents. Whatever else, the care given is brilliant.
Melvyn – June ’25The home is well run, clean and the staff are very friendly. Attentive and caring. There are plenty of activities and outings for the residents. The meals are well-balanced and can be served in the room if required. The medical needs are sorted and an eye is kept on ongoing conditions. Records/paperwork is available if required, i.e. care plans, etc. I would recommend this care home provider.
Carolyn – June ’25Excellent. Mum is settled, safe and happy and is taking part in lots of activities. Very impressed by staff who are very friendly, always on-hand to help, and pro-actively keep me informed of any issues. Thank you.
Richard – June ’25Coast Care Centre is a light, bright facility with staff to match. Every single member of staff I have spoken to/dealt with has been polite, kind, very caring and informative. My husband is very well cared for and his surroundings are the best.
Elaine – June ’25My Mother was placed into Coast Care from being in hospital. My Mother has dementia and can get extremely unsettled but Coast Care have amazing staff who have really worked hard to make her feel at home and settled.
Rosemary – June ’25The staff show exceptional caring for residents, taking time to get to know individual needs. The staff certainly earn their probably below average wages, and do so with a smile.
We have always been impressed by the general atmosphere of the home, and cleanliness of the place.
My mum was admitted to Coast Care Centre from Hospital and since she has been there she has received the upmost care, her room is lovely and the staff are very helpful they don’t just plonk them in front of a television they have days out and keep the residents entertained.
Barbara – June ’25I can’t speak highly enough of here. The support they have given him and myself is amazing. He is the best he has been since last July after a major stroke. The activities and nursing is brilliant. Thank you all.
Jane – May ’25My father was in poor health when he went into Whitebeach and within a few weeks he had his medication reviewed, doctors and nurses input and person centred care. He has since improved massively with the outstanding care he is receiving from the wonderful staff at Whitebeach. They have also keep me up-to-date on all his progress and have supported me and my father into his new home. Whitebeach has lots of activities and outings and are so accommodating of family visiting. Has a lovely garden to also enjoy which is nice to get out an have a little walk around.
Joanne – May ’25My dad has been a full-time resident at Whitebeach since August last year, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. The whole team are not only professional and competent, but also genuinely warm and welcoming, both to Dad and to us as a family whenever we visit.
He’s always busy and really enjoys the activities on offer. It’s been such a joy to see him so settled and forming strong bonds with his carers, who he’s really fond of.
The home itself is lovely-bright, clean, and beautifully maintained, with peaceful gardens that he loves. Knowing he’s safe, well looked after, and genuinely happy brings us so much peace of mind. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Whitebeach.
I have been so pleased with everyone at Whitecliff. The staff are all lovely and have made mum at home and me so welcome when I visit. I feel that when I leave Mum I don’t have to worry about her care or safety. I wish I’d had the choice of this home before. Christmas was great with a lot of activities and parties. Great atmosphere every time I visit.
Dawn – May ’25Whenever I have visited Coast Care, I have found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The lounge is decorated with crafts and there is a truly engaging atmosphere – no tv staring. We have been given a space to chat in the lounge or conservatory are. A lovely sunny room! The bedroom is also sunny. It is furnished in a basic way but if my friend was staying longer, she would be able to add to this.
Jane – May ’25Whitecliff care home has been absolutely fantastic in their duty of care to my dad, we have never had any issues and they truly do display the pinnacle of not only care but love to all residents and faculty.
Scott – May ’25We would lie to say a massive thank you for looking after our grandad and Dad. Thank you for caring for him making him laugh and smile. He always talked avout how much he liked the staff and how well you treated him. Mostly thank you for helping us make decisions and answering our questions. Thank you for helping us navigate one of the most difficult days of our lives.
R family – May ’25I have the utmost respect towards the staff at this care home. What I have seen coming here for the last year is the care and kindness that the staff show the residents. As a son I know that my mother is well looked after and is most importantly safe. She has regular days out to various places which she enjoys immensely. My mum is safe and happy here and as a son I could not ask for any more. Great care home with excellent staff. Thank you.
Melvyn – April ’25Mum has been here since around June 2021. In that time she has had a great time! Been involved in events like going to the seafront for ice cream, having her hair and nails done, being taken to the holiday home and even an outdoor event with live music for the coronation. She has made some great friends too. She is always looked after and has lived a more full life than she did when she lived outside still and was out and about. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I’ve visited or keeping me up to date with how mum is etc. very pleased overall. Thank you!
Neil – March ’25I have been so pleased with everyone at Whitecliff. The staff are all lovely and have made mum at home and me so welcome when I visit. I feel that when I leave Mum I don’t have to worry about her care or safety. I wish I’d had the choice of this home before. Christmas was great with a lot of activities and parties. Great atmosphere every time I visit.
Dawn – March ’25Whitebriars is a very ‘caring’ home with ‘wonderful’ staff who treat every resident with individual respect and ‘special’ care.
Patricia – March’25A massive thank you for helping Nan to settle into your care home. She is very happy here now and speaks highly of it.
Katie – March ’25My mother has been in the home for over 2 years and I could not be more happy with her care. The staff are excellent from the cleaners through to the management team. Mum is well looked after, I am kept informed at all times, dignity and care is at the heart of the home.
Lisa – February ’25This is the second stay I have had at Coast Care and again it was a lovely stay. The staff and the support they provide is exceptional. As a 23-year-old, it is always hard accepting care, especially having to go somewhere for a respite stay, however, the staff and management, they are all so welcoming. The care and support the carers provide is great and they are always attentive to my needs, including being gentle when they can sense I am in pain. Shoutout to two staff members for always having a laugh and really understanding my care. I would recommend Coast Care to anyone.
Thomas – February ’25Dad arrived at Whitecliff in December 2024. The staff have been amazing. Wonderful people. Dad is very happy here. Warm, clean and welcoming home. Fantastic staff.
Sarah – February ’25Please accept our sincere thanks for how you are looking after our Mum B. We are so impressed with the care from you all.
B family – January ’25My mother was with you for approximately four weeks and was treated with care and dignity. She came to you straight from hospital and was very nervous. She was treated very well.
Paula – December ’24My wife has been in full time care since the beginning of September and as a family we have found that the all round care given has been exceptionally good throughout the home.
My wife’s cousins and friends who have visited found this to be the care with especially attentive staff given the type of dementia my wife has. For my self knowing that she is in this safe and caring environment, gives me absolute peace of mind.
My mum has been in Whitecliff since January 2022. She is bedbound and they look after her with the upmost care and compassion. It was her 90th birthday at the weekend and although she hardly ever wakes up they went to town. They decorated her room with balloons, banners and even got her a tiara. They also provided afternoon tea and made a wonderful chocolate cake. They even all signed a card for her. They really are the best.
Sue – Nov ’24My dad who had dementia and needed nursing care was so well looked after at Whitecliff. The staff were amazing and very supportive of the family as well as the residents.
Deborah – Oct ’24Whitecliff has provided excellent care to my mother, who can be very unpredictable at the best of times! They have kept me informed and up to date. Fabulous care home and staff.
Julie – Oct ’24The staff are fantastic, they always notify me about Dad and his medication and any events that are on and how he is doing.
The food is lovely, I could eat it myself looks amazing and the recent Hawaiian party in August was such a lovely time. The decor was great, singer, everything. Looking forward to the Christmas party.
We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday and was invited to afternoon tea which was very lovely indeed, wasn’t expecting this at all. Well cooked cakes and nice sandwiches and scones and even baked a birthday cake. We were all really made to feel welcome, the staff came in to sing happy birthday too. We were really happy with how she was well looked after. Well done. 10/10.
Sue – Oct ’24The staff organised a lovely cream for my nan’s birthday. From the decor to the delicious homemade food (the chef is an excellent baker!), it felt really special and we really appreciated it. Thank you!
Amy-Oct ’24Mum is very happy here. She always looks clean and cheerful. The food is very good. All the staff are delightful and there is always something going on.
Victoria – Oct ’24I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with the photo album you’ve made for M times at Whitebeach. I will treasure it and then eventually it can be passed onto his grandchildren. It certainly shows how happy he was living there with you all, he joined with so much acitivities that I never imagined he would and I thank you so much.
Carole – Sept ’24My mother has recently moved into The Whitebeach Care Home. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming every time I visit (home manager and senior so professional and positive). All Mum’s healthcare needs are being thoroughly assessed after moving in. Mum’s list of activities and trips out are varied and fun, supporting the individuality of each resident. I feel confident Mum’s ever-changing needs will be met!
Moni – Sept ’24I have been visiting my partner at Whitebeach for nearly two years. During that time I have seen how all the residents are treated kindly and respectfully. Individual needs are catered for and the level of patience and courtesy displayed by all members of staff is exceptional.
Linda – Sept ’24My sister settled into the home very quickly and is very happy. Staff are attentive to her needs and attempt to engage her in activities. She particularly enjoys the bus trips out. Any minor issues have been dealt with efficiently to our satisfaction. Feels like a home and not an institution.
David Sept ’24Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice to sit in the garden and have coffee with my brother. He seems very happy and the staff engage with him nicely.
Joanne – Aug ’24Attended the summer party and it was my partner’s mum’s birthday, we had such a nice time! All the carers are so welcoming and cheerful, they are so attentive and clearly enjoy looking after all the lovely residents. Thank you for a great day despite the rain!
Ella – Aug ’24I am incredibly grateful to the dedicated team at Whitecliff for the exceptional care they provide for my mum.
Mum is only 65, and we were so scared of what a care home would do to her.
She has been a resident here for three years, and we could not imagine a better place for her.
The staff at Whitecliff go above and beyond to ensure my mum’s well-being and happiness.
One of the most heartwarming aspects of Whitecliff is how they celebrate life’s special moments. They organize wonderful parties for all occasions, ensuring every resident feels included and cherished.
Each birthday is made memorable with a homemade cake and thoughtful presents, which always bring a smile to my mum’s face. These personal touches mean the world to us and highlight the extraordinary efforts the staff put into making every day special.
We wholeheartedly recommend Whitecliff to anyone seeking a place where their loved ones will be truly valued and cared for.
Went to the Whitecliffe summer party. It was also my partner’s mum’s birthday. They could not have done any more to make us (a big family group) feel more comfortable and welcome.
They made it look effortless, constantly tending to the residents and ensuring they all had lots of fun.
In addition, they made a fantastic cake for her. Thank you.
I visited Mum with my wife last Saturday and was amazed how much better whe seems. Credit to all staff and management. bright and alert, happy and smiling and eating well. She seems to be regaining weight. In my view this must be down to yhe fact Whitebeach is the right place – it is a lovely place and I just say all the staff are wonderful –
Son August ’24I stayed here for 2 weeks of respite following a couple of medical procedures. The staff and management were and are nothing but helpful, kind, and professional. I was highly anxious about entering respite, especially at my young age, however, the staff and friendly atmosphere put me at ease so quickly. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me, and when I need to stay next, I’ll look no further than Coast Care.
Thomas – Jul ’24THANKYOU very much for your brilliant help yesterday with the family party for MumWe were made so welcome – thank you!
David – June ’24I just wanted to say what a fantastic bunch of people you all really are. Sadly, Mum can’t be here to say it herself, but she couldn’t have been cared for any better anywhere else in the last weeks of her life. You all went above and beyond, in every way, to look after her every need, and I am truly thankful that she spent her last couple of months here, with all of you.
I will never hesitate to recommend you and your home to anyone who is looking for this situation for their loved ones. So, please accept my sincere heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who cared for and were so kind to my Mum and to myself. I will miss seeing and chatting to you all.
Sue – June ’24It was my husband’s 80th birthday and Whitebeach provided us with a private, decorated room with a high tea and special birthday cake for nine of us. They went over and beyond to make the day special for my husband, even singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. All our guests spoke very highly of the love, care and attention shown to us all. Thank you so much to all of you – you’re a great bunch.
Jackie – May ’24The staff were very approachable, made time to discuss residents’ needs. The staff were friendly and caring towards residents and balanced this by providing residents with their own space.
Natalie May – 24I’m always very pleased to come to visit my mother. Everyone is always so smiley and happy, creating a warm welcoming environment. Mum has always been very well looked after and I am always well informed of any problems that occasionally arise and I have full confidence in the way issues are always dealt with the best way for Mum’s benefit.
Janet – May ’24The atmosphere on arriving at Whitebeach is so inviting, the staff were so friendly and unlike so many other care homes I have visited, nobody is sitting in chairs asleep, everybody is doing things. The dedicated activities staff make it a pleasure to behold. The residents seem to go out the minibus a couple of times a week and there is a pervading air of positivity that I love. My wife’s room is great and having had meals myself, there you can vouch for the quality. Tea and biscuits are in abundant supply. The whole set up it seems has been throughout with residents in mind. I am very happy to have found this gem in a sea of standardisation. 5 stars.
Stephen – April ’24My wife has been a resident at The Whitebeach for almost 2 years. My wife is comfortable and well cared for and best of all is understood by the staff who accommodate her tendency to wander and her inability to sit down for any length of time. The staff are diligent in informing me of any change in condition or medication.
The staff are very happy to discuss matters with me if I have any questions when I visit.
The first thing I noticed when I entered Whitebeach was music – lively music! Despite dementia, my mum isn’t a ‘sit in the chair and snooze’ type, so it’s been a huge relief to find Whitebeach. The staff are incredible, and there are plenty of them. I’ve never seen one person without a smile and a warm greeting, they are simply wonderful. My mum’s room is great with an ensuite shower room. I love all the little details – the home-from-home ‘front doors’ to each room, the zoned areas and the day centre are well laid out so that there is a buzz of activity. More important than all that, every time I see my mum she is happy, clean, with her make-up on – just like she was before the dementia. She gets out on lots of trips, to the beach, town, and cafe to keep life feeling as normal as possible. This is a special place, where every resident is treated like a person, not a patient. The whole place is clean, well looked after and safe and I couldn’t be happier that my mum gets to stay here!
Liz – April ’24All of the staff at Whitebeach are clearly dedicated to their profession. Not only are they attentive to the residents but also to the families. When my dad arrived in Whitebeach he was particularly difficult to cope with but after being there for one year he is now very different. All of which is down to the care of the staff.
Sally – April ’24This care home is fantastic, pleased my mum was allocated a space here from when she was discharged from hospital. Quality of care is fantastic, fully engaging with staff to clients’ needs very friendly. Always friendly with visitors, offer tea or coffee every visit. Easy to talk to and express concerns. Sadly my mum has to leave this place due to permanent care home, she loves all the staff.
Mark – April ’24From the very first time of visiting The Whitebeach I had a happy feeling of the home. I am a very particular person and can sum up situations immediately and I had great vibes from the staff I met during the time my friend has been a resident. I have found everyone that I have had contact with very caring throughout. I would recommend the home to my family and friends.
Daphne – April ’24My cousin with learning disabilities was placed here following a long spell in hospital with a broken arm. He has very limited language ability.
On our two visits, we were very impressed with the thoughtful, friendly care he is being given, the number of activities he now takes part in and his obvious enjoyment of life at Whitecliff.
It was wonderful to see him so settled and content. Many thanks.
During his time at Whitecliff, my son was well looked after by the dedicated staff there. Although seriously ill, he was happy to be at a home that cared about him and appreciated the time and attention he received from all the staff, as did we his family. Special thanks to the staff as well as to the management at the home.
Paul – April ’24Whitebriars is a very ‘caring’ home with ‘wonderful’ staff who treat every resident with individual respect and ‘special’ care.
Patricial – April ’24Myself and my family are very happy and very grateful to all the staff at The Whitebeach, our mother is taken of with love and tenderness. She shows great affection for each member of staff and I am confident that she feels safe and cared for.
Jane – April ’24I am exceptionally pleased with my brother’s care at Whitebeach. I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. It is very reassuring knowing that my brother is being looked after so well.
Stuart – April ’24Mum has been here since around June 2021. Thank you!
Neil – March ’24Thank you for your time yesterday. I just wanted to say thanks on behalf of my family and I for what you are doing for my Nan. As I said yesterday her care there is fantastic and I will mention this to Helen in tomorrow’s assessment. I asked Nan what she likes about Coast Care and here is the list; Nan said she is showered regularly and her personal care is great, She said the staff are lovely, She loved having her nails done, Nan said she is showered regularly and her personal care is great, She said the staff are lovely, She loved having her nails done, Nan said the room is well equipped and everything is at the right height including the toilet, Nan said she likes going to the main area and is encouraged to, Nan said she likes looking after the older people (which is very sweet as she herself is 90! This seems to give her a sense of purpose), Nan said she likes her room and thinks she has the best room as it is sunny and she can see the trees. –
Debbie March ’24On our initial visit, it was so obvious that:
1. This team of staff truly care.
2. The person-centred approach stood out, the warmth of the staff, and the home set-up was not institutional. It was so nice to find a place that understood the importance and residents were happy in their care and felt safe and validated.
Staff were responsive to his needs and keen to learn as much about him as possible. Always available and actively listening to all information about him and his needs. The 1st day spent with my client I was positively overwhelmed. Teams with varied roles all doing a grand job. My client is in a great place, with 30 years working in care I was elated to find that such excellence in the delivery of care existed. Often care is basic with elements missing in many settings, homes do their best but when resources are not in place it truly shows. This place is absolutely fabulous, I love it. Well done! –
Tania February ’24Thank you to all staff at Whitecliff for making C birthday so special. She seemed to really enjoy her time at the aquarium and very much appreciated her cake, as did we!
Dave and Charmaine Feb ’24This home is absolutely brilliant, no complaints, my only complaint is I wish I had found it years ago! Everything is brilliant, the food, the care, activities, cleaners, managers, and bus trips. This is my home, I never want to leave. I have had the best Christmas and can’t remember a Christmas like it. Vlad the manager is just brilliant.
George, resident Jan ’24I feel very secure here at Whitebeach everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel supported by the management, I can talk to them at anytime. I feel supported with my goals and I have enjoyed cooking with the kitchen team.
Resident Jason Jan ’24I wanted to say a big thank you to everybody at Whitebeach for caring for Mum in the final few years of her life. We are so thankful for your patience and cheerful attitude, all the special events and parties. Mum said that she was in the best care home in the area. It was nice to see her smile, to be treated as an individual and the attention to her interests, likes and dislikes.
Melanie and Harry the dog Jan ’24Our family would like to thank all the staff who were involved in the care of our Mum whilst she was at the centre. You were all attentive, respectful & caring which allowed Mum to feel safe & secure during her time, and allowed her to live her last days in peace and relative comfort and diginity, something which was very important to for Mum (and for us as a family).
Silvia and family Jan ’24We want to say thank you to you all for the massive amounts of care and compassion you gave to our dad and ourselves. We don’t know what we would of done without you all!
Jacquie & Gary Jan ’24I like the staff because they make me feel welcome. I also like the food, activities. Everything is a laugh, we have a good joke and the people are like family.
Resident, Trudy Jan ’24To everyone at Whitecliff, I would like to say a big thank you for the love and care you gave to Mum after nearly 5.5 years. She was happy here and we are so grateful to you.
Family Aug ’23My mum was with the home for six months between hospital and moving to a permanent home a bit closer to her actual abode.
Our family was so impressed with the attentive care she received and so grateful. The team members are incredibly caring and cheery – the atmosphere this creates was ever-evident. This was coupled with such great expertise, skill and kindness in their approach. A brilliant team and wonderful individual staff.
Thank you so much! Also, thank you for looking after visitors so well. We had to travel in from different places, usually by public transport. Thank you for offering cups of tea. You’re all wonderful.
Thank you so much for sending me a lovely Christmas photo of D. I know that she can’t reply anymore to my letters so it was really such a wonderful treat to see her so happy. You are doing such a grand job.
Dec ’23Just to say thank you so very much for taking such good care of my Mum. Thanks a million.
Karen Dec ’23Thank you so much for taking care of BOTH of us, so caring. Thank you Vlad and all the staff for making this such a happy place.
Heather Dec ’23Thank you for making Jill’s birthday such a lovely afternoon, especially the jigsaw themed birthday cake.
Melvyn and Jill Sept ’23Mum appears happy and should of done this years ago when she needed help. All of your staff are wonderful and very welcoming when I come to see Mum.
Son July ’23Attended a Grease-themed party on 14/07/23. The staff came together to make this a special event. Even Dad who can be hard to motivate was singing his lungs out and dancing briefly. Staff always make me feel welcome. Always have lots of activities in-house and out. The food looks delicious. Many thanks.
Natalie – July ’23The staff are welcoming and friendly, you quickly understand they are fully invested in creating a happy and calm atmosphere. They are attentive and supportive, making the resident and visitors feel comfortable. We were offered lunch on the terrace which I appreciated so we could spend precious time together and relax in comfort. The staff are always on hand, supportive but not intrusive. They are watchful and resourceful. I had great fun joining in the activities. I am very happy my dear friend is safe and comfortable in this very special place. I have great confidence in the standards at the home, not only in their caring but in their gentle and respectful manner.
Francine – July ’23My friend has been at the home for nearly five years and has always been treated with respect and been well cared for by lovely staff who have supported him at all times. As point of contact, I have always been kept up to date with any concerns and changes in his medication or care.
I am always made very welcome when visiting and there always seems to be activities going on and outing on their bus.
The staff at Whitebriars are always friendly and polite. They engage well with the residents and provide different activities for them. The staff are attentive to the individual needs of the residents and I’ve noticed they are often laughing with them. Visitors, residents and staff all seem happy and content whilst being made to feel welcome.
Ruth – June ’23My husband was admitted to The Whitebeach five weeks ago. From the start, the staff were so efficient and caring. My husband is not the easiest of residents. He is difficult with what he will eat but they are so patient with him. The home, overall, is a very happy home for the residents and their visitors. I would recommend their home to anyone.
Heather – May ’23The Whitebeach Care Home is a fantastic facility, the care, time and patience taken with my mother are outstanding. My mother would never have had the companionship, activities or been safe without this wonderful home.
I can’t thank Whitebeach enough for the excellent care they take of our mother.
Being at The Whitebeach has given my mum a life again. She tells me she loves it there and, as an only child, she feels part of a family. For the first time since her Alzheimer’s symptoms began, she is calm, settled and happy. I cannot praise the staff The staff are welcoming and friendly, you quickly understand they are fully invested in creating a happy and calm atmosphere. I have great confidence in the standards at the home, not only in their caring but in their gentle and respectful manner. for their kindness in how they care for her as an individual. She takes pleasure in life again now that she is fully supported in all aspects of her care and in living her life. The atmosphere the staff have created is kind, inclusive, personalised and fun and she benefits directly from this by being happy and better than she has been throughout her illness.
Nicky – April ’23Amazing staff, they look after my mum who has Alzheimer’s. She’s been there 2 years now. We always get an amazing welcome from the staff. They not only help the residents but myself as well. I was ready to walk away from her last year until I spoke to the support manager she suggested some things and they worked. She has helped me come to terms with losing mum to home so quickly. It’s like a big family there including us. Can’t thank them enough.
Nikkie – March ’23My dad had been here since September 2022. I have found all the staff to be caring, conscientious and friendly. Dad has settled in well and is happy. I feel confident that he is receiving excellent care, physically and emotionally.
Catherine – March ’23Superb. Excellent. Exactly what Mum needs. I’m 100% happy and reassured by the care my mum receives. The staff are completely caring and professional. I can’t thank them enough.
Karen – March ’23The staff clearly care about all the residents. We are always offered a drink on arrival and everyone is very friendly, residents are always treated kindly and seems there is a range of activities on offer.
Hannah – March ’23From the moment I contacted The Whitebeach by phone I was impressed by the friendly and helpful manner of the staff. On my subsequent visit to a friend who is a resident, I found the staff welcoming and friendly. There was a nice calm atmosphere about the place and the residents I saw in the day room looked well cared for with a high staff ratio and individual attention. I was offered a cup of coffee on my arrival, shown to my friend and we were able to sit and have a conversation together.
I was particularly impressed by the “Whitebeach Dignity Tree”, a mural painted on the wall with well-thought-out aims/objectives posted around the tree.
Having a parent go to a care home can be a daunting moment for both parent and children. Since my father went to live at Whitebriars, they have made the move effortless. Father seems to have settled in and I cannot fault them for their care and patience. Nothing is too much trouble when I call and I can sleep much better at night knowing he is in safe hands with staff that can cater for his needs.
Anita -Jan ’23The Whitebeach staff are excellent – very helpful and care for my wife. So much so that when we arrive, she beams and is so happy to go in for daycare, or at present respite care. Melvyn
Jan ’23It’s always so hard to see your mum how she is but these guys at The Whitebeach make it so much easier to deal with.
I love that there is always something going on, always busy with lots of activities.
I love the energy they have and truly make an effort with Mum and the others no matter how difficult it can be at times.
I love that they are kind and that’s all I want for her, people being kind.
Keep up the lovely work all you beautiful people.
The Whitebeach has been an excellent home for my mother. All the staff there are amazing. There is usually some sort of fun activity going on and I can see how much stimulation Mother gets from it. The staff are wonderful, they always make us welcome and the residents are cared for very well. Special thanks to everyone, all of the staff.
Jane – Jan ’23My mum moved in a few weeks ago after a prolonged stay in hospital and an unsatisfactory residence at another care home, so I wanted to make sure that her new home would be more suited to her needs. Whitebeach has exceeded my expectations! The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more welcoming. Even before Mum moved in, the management took the time to meet with her and answer any questions she had and they were so helpful to me too. The day Mum moved in, staff came by her room to introduce themselves and say how happy they were to meet her. This was a wonderful way to make her feel welcome from the very start and Mum had a big smile on her face. Her room is a good size and being able to have it just the way the resident wants is another positive for Whitebeach. Her laundry is done and bedsheets are regularly changed, Mum says it’s like staying in a posh hotel. The food is delicious, and the activities and trips are wonderful too. I can’t recommend Whitebeach enough. We are very happy.
Angela Dec ’22I’m more than satisfied with sending my wife to Whitebeach three days a week, to give me time to do things for myself and to keep our home in good order and do things like shopping, laundry and decorating. The moment she has the door opened when we arrive at 9.00, she is straight in to see her friends. Although she doesn’t remember what she has done, I’m happy that she has been able to do a lot of activities when she’s there. I find the staff very friendly and keen to offer such advice as needed.
Melvyn Nov ’22My mother moved in at the end of October and now lives less than four minutes from where I am. She moved from the busyness of London, a one-bedroom flat, which she couldn’t manage by herself, to a lovely room with a view in St Leonards where all her needs are met. The building is like living in one’s home and the staff always take time to say hello and acknowledge my presence when I visit. The option is there for the resident to get involved with different activities and at the same time, there is no pressure to join in. My mother prefers to stay in her room and is encouraged to come out and meet people, which she sometimes does. I am stress-free as a result of this move. I can’t thank the staff at The Whitebeach enough. I really recommend this as a place to house your loved ones if they need that little bit of extra special care. Thank you.
Rosemary Nov’22My wife entered Whitecliff when a fall reduced her mobility and increased her level of dependence. The staff very quickly assessed her needs and got to know her and her interests. They worked hard to gain her confidence so they could transfer her to a wheelchair, giving her access to varied activities downstairs, visits to the park and trips in the minibus. The fall and hospitalisation had set her back, but once here she regained real quality of life and she often tells me “the people here are so kind”. It is always apparent that the staff are genuinely fond of her. They quickly got to know me too – they keep me well informed and often seek me out on a visit to tell me about a piece of news or an achievement. When I went through the stage of struggling to accept that I couldn’t do the caring myself, they were very supportive. I feel like a welcomed part of the Whitecliff “family”. I am confident that I have found the best possible place and would recommend Whitecliff unreservedly.
Chris Oct ’22Just to thank you for guiding me through yesterday’s CHC meeting, which I found very informative. I had no idea there was so much paperwork and logging involved with each of your residents. Thank you also to you and your staff at Whitecliff for all you are doing for our mum , she is being well looked after, for which we are very grateful.
Sue – October ’22Thank you also to you and your staff at Whitecliff for all you are doing for our mum she is being well looked after, for which we are very grateful.
Very caring home, with plenty of staff always involved with the residents, offering different activities, drinks and snacks. When my father was severely ill, the care was excellent, including the level of nursing that he needed. The support given to me at this time was also much appreciated.
Whitebriars Care Home is a fantastic care home. My great-uncle and aunt are so well cared for by the wonderful staff and are encouraged to keep as independent as possible in a safe and loving environment. The day trips and activities that they organise are just brilliant, we cannot fault the team – truly amazing.
Beth – Sept ’22The home has a such warm welcoming and caring staff. They tend to every need and always have a smile on their face. I would thoroughly recommend this care home to anyone who is in need of some support for a loved one.
Rosie – Sept ’22Coast Care Homes have gone above and beyond for my great aunty and uncle. As much as it has been so so hard to watch their health be taken by dementia, the difference from when they lived on their own to now, where they live in a well-understood and supported arrangement, they have found a new lease of life and a level of calm/content I haven’t seen in years.
George – Aug ’22Placement of elderly, frail or members of those suffering from dementia/Alzheimer’s is always extremely difficult. The Coast Care Homes group make care the key objective and it gives our family (and friends) real comfort to know that my brother and his wife are safe staying at Whitebriars. A major advantage is that residents often are able to spend time outside their rooms/building, being transported frequently in either a specially adapted minibus or wheelchair-accessible vehicles to local venues for coffee, ice cream, animal farms, hospital appointments etc. The trained staff are skilled in making residents as comfortable and happy as possible.
Peter (brother) – August ’22The care, patience and understanding shown towards my father at Whitebriars have been outstanding. During the time he has been settling in, Dad has often been angry, upset and awkward – all of the staff have taken the time to reassure him and give him the dignity he so needed. He is now happy and settled.
Jacquie June ’22My uncle has been here at Whitebeach for a number of months now after a long stay in hospital. This was such a hard decision for the family to come to but that said, he could not be in a better home. The kind, compassionate team go above and beyond and this shows in so many ways, this feels more like a big house that they all live in rather than a clinical home. It is so clean in all areas and the food is so fresh, they monitor his food and drink intake and I am regularly updated on his health. The number of activities and different trips they have going on are brilliant, it’s been so lovely to be part of this and now that Covid restrictions are getting better to be able to see uncle in his environment gives us more comfort. When I leave after my visit, I am not sad because I know he is in great hands and I look forward to our next. I would like to thank the team at Whitebeach for the respect and ongoing care you all give to my uncle.
Tracey – June ’22Carers and staff at Whitecliff are so caring and helpful. I can relax knowing Mum is happy and being looked after.
Mandy – June ’22We saw our father for the first time at your Jubilee party. Both S and myself noticed a remarkable improvement in his wellbeing. It is a great comfort to us to know that he is taking his medication and eating well. Such a wonderful home for our father to be residing in.
Daughter – June ’22My mum moved into the home in December 2021 after living with us for three years. The staff at the home were brilliant in making mum’s transition (and mine) as easy as possible. Since then mum has received fantastic care from all of the staff, as well as from the local GP practice. All of her needs are regularly assessed and where needed the care and support are amended to meet them. The care home feels like a home, mum feels safe and relaxed and enjoys the company being within a home brings. I am also made to feel really welcome and able to visit when I want each week. The staff are the stars, they show care and compassion for the residents, learning their individual likes and dislikes and giving the residents one to one time regularly. They always keep me well informed in a timely manner of any details I need to be made aware of. I would not hesitate to recommend the care home for respite or long term care.
Daughter – May ’22The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Genuinely care for my mother. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent at keeping us informed about Mum’s health concerns, etc. It has lots of activities and bus trips, and the home looks very festive according to the season, Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Independence Day, etc.
Daughter – May ’22Mum came to The Whitebeach just before Mothering Sunday. She settled in the garden, wandered through the corridors and told us how posh the place was. We have phoned regularly to check how Mum is settling in and are always happy to be told of Mum’s antics. The staff here are very supportive to Mum and us alike. The smile Mum gives us when we visit is priceless. Mum is so happy again, it’s a reassurance for us.
Daughter May ’22I am really pleased with the care Mum is receiving and she loves the food. I look forward to Mum accessing the activities when she has settled in more. I could not be happier knowing my mum is here, safe and well.
Daughter – April ’22We have definitely made the right decision to put our mum in The Whitebeach. She is safe, happy and well looked after. The staff are very professional, caring and always willing to chat to us about our mum. It’s lovely to be able to sit in their beautiful gardens with a cup of tea and have a chat. Mum loves the little Jack Russell dog called Buddy.
Daughter April ’22Just wanted to say how great our visit was with mum today. Mum looked so happy and relaxed, so good to see Mum taken care of. She chatted away about her new adventures, we haven’t seen Mum like this for a while. Mum loves the day room, I left feeling very happy today.
Daughter – March ’22My elderly friend came into the home in March 2021 after a stroke and dementia and steadily went downhill until she passed away in December, but the staff really looked after her and always spoke well of my friend and she thought the world of all the staff and often told me how kind they were to her. The home always kept me informed of any changes to her health and all the staff were very friendly towards me and whenever I visited I was always offered a cup of tea and I always felt relaxed when visiting, when signing in at reception there was always a warm welcome and always had a good natter with the receptionist who I mainly saw. All in all, the home was very clean and the staff very respectful and professional, the manager was always on hand and so was his right-hand lady, and there was a young carer who often had some advice for me as I found the dementia was quite hard to get my head around, so thank you to the carer. I would like to express my thanks to all the staff and highly recommend Coast Care Centre.
Alan – Feb 22I would like to thank all staff at Whitebriars for their care of my wife during a particularly turbulent time of her dementia, they were considerate and patient and assisted greatly in settling her and making her feel at home during her time there. Thanks again from a grateful husband.
Malcolm – Feb 22We all worry about our parents as they get older and given the events of the past two years, it was all too easy to worry further still with the threat of Covid making its way into care homes and affecting those most vulnerable. Myself and my family were all worried but at the same time felt confident that Mum was in the very best hands. I won’t talk solely about the pandemic because that’s not at the root of how caring the team are at The Whitebeach – it simply highlighted their skill and dedication. The team have always been that way and always kept us all up-to-date brilliantly regarding all aspects of Mum’s health. Communication is key for any care home and I can’t thank the team enough for how they have all looked after Mum since day one and in turn, helped our family be at ease knowing she is kept safe, well, entertained and happy.
David – Feb 2022Thank you all so much for the wonderful care you give our Mum. We have noticed a massive change in Mum and its so lovely to finally see her happy and healthy. We are beyond grateful for all you do for her at Whitebriars, it is truly a wonderful place. – Harriet, Neil and Owen Dec 2021
Thank you for all your dedication, hard work, love and care. You are all amazing – Sophie Dec 2021
Thank you for all of your hard work, love and kindness you have given L and the family. He loves you all and you have made us so welcome – Yvonne Nov 2021
I have been really delighted with how my husband has been treated and also me. I find the staff here all to be so cheerful, they treat everyone with the utmost respect you could not ask for more. When I pass the dining room there is always someone enjoying their meal. – November 2021
You are the best! Thank you all for the love and care you have given to R. This family thank you all very much. – November 21
Dad has settled in so well now. He was anxious at first, after losing his wife and Covid-19 started too. It was a difficult time. I recommend The Whitebeach. – October 21
My mother was moved to this care home in May this year. We were all worried about the move as she has Alzheimer’s and struggles with change and with all the Covid restrictions as well, we were very Lovely staff. . From day one, the home has been fantastic. When I visit, I have noticed that she is dressed nicely (not inside out) and her clothes are clean. There are always activities going on and trips out, which my mum loves. Although I have not been inside the home, the staff that I have met are very genuine and very caring. There is a group in which I get regular updates and photos of my mum which is brilliant (thanks). I also never have any problems getting through on the phone, if I need to book an appointment to visit or just to ask how Mum is. We are so happy that Mum has settled in and that is down to the fantastic staff in The Whitebeach. – September 2021
My mother has recently gone to live here permanently (Alzheimer’s). The staff are caring, always seem cheerful and ready to help. Mum has settled well. Staff keep us up to date on how Mum is, and even suggested a change of room to the ground floor as mum started wandering a lot at night. Staff are happy to answer any questions we have. Mum previously attended the day centre run by the home and loved it, so much to do (and lots of tea and cake!), and we were very happy for her to move in permanently – like having another family. The friendly and happy atmosphere at Coast Care Centre is immediately obvious when you walk through the door and is consistently of a very high standard. – September 2021
So impressed by the exemplary service provided by the whole team at Whitebriars! I was worried initially about placing Mum into respite as we’d had such a bad experience at another home, but the team reassured me, gave us a choice of rooms and were so patient when I reeled off a million questions! Mum settled in quickly, and things went so well that she has since become a permanent resident. Every single member of staff I’ve spoken to is friendly and approachable and knows exactly who Mum is and what she’s been up to that day and are able to update me and let me know what activities she’s involved in. Since being at Whitebriars, Mum’s confidence has grown noticeably, she’s made friends with the other residents and has been so much happier. It’s so difficult making decisions on a loved one’s behalf, especially when such big changes in their personality are happening and when you feel like an emotional wreck yourself, but we saw the benefits of Mum’s stay at Whitebriars immediately. – August 2021
My son arrived at Coast Care Centre on July 1st 2021 and I have been nothing but highly satisfied with the way in which he has been treated. Nothing is too much trouble and all staff go out of their way to make him comfortable and valued.
Communication is excellent on all levels and I feel my son is cared for, safe and supported in every way. – August 2021
I love it here as everyone is so helpful and cheerful.
Resident August 2021My mum only went into the home 12 days ago. Everyone has been so kind to her and made a confusing situation much easier for her. She has done so many activities already and I can see a good improvement in her already. She has told me that she loves it there. – August 2021
Last July my life hung on a thread but my friends and I can only exclaim with gratitude at all Whitecliff has done to improve things. Both genders of staff have been helpful and gone beyond the call of duty. Efficiency is notable and all visitors are made to feel welcome. Meals are tasty and benefit from varied menus. I cannot recommend this lovely home too highly. I really enjoy my time and every day I am grateful to be here at Whitecliff. – Resident August 2021
I find the care and support given to my sister to be very kind and loving and she is happy and responsive to all the staff. The food is good, I know this as I have eaten there myself. And the general standard is overall very good.- August 2021
To the wonderful people who work at Whitebriars. I would like to express my admiration for the many ways in which you care for the residents. It seems everyone I have heard about has gone above and beyond to look after my Mum. I am only sorry that I never got to meet you all in person. Knowing you were all looking out for Mum made it more bearable during these awful times. I will never forget your kindness, I cannot thank you enough. Heartfelt thanks to everyone of you. Maggie July 2021
My mother in law has recently moved into Whitebriars and so far seems very happy. When talking to my mother in law she seems very relaxed and is loving life living with other people. She is very happy with the care she is receiving so far from staff. I have visited Whitebriars several times and I am very impressed with what I’ve seen so far. All residents seem very happy, staff are always very welcoming and the rooms are lovely. I would happily move in myself! July 2021
For all the staff at Whitebriars, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for the love, care and support you give my sister on a daily basis. My sister has found her sanctuary when needed most, for this I will be eternally grateful to you all. Thank you for the support and patience you have extended to me on the other side of the world. Much love and appreciation to you all.
Thelma – June 21Three years after my partner’s diagnosis, we spent a ‘taster day’ at The Whitebeach. We felt very welcome and I was impressed by the respect accorded to the residents by all the staff. My partner went to Day Care once a fortnight before Lockdown. She enjoyed singing, art, and outings. She came back happy, and I had total confidence that her needs were met. Most things in her life are initiated by me, and Whitebeach gave her something of her own – if we met staff members in town, she could introduce them to me. My partner recently had her first Respite at Whitebeach. Staff so willingly undertook all the preparation involved, despite the shortness of the stay. They took such trouble to learn all about her, so her stay was enjoyable. I had a welcome break, and she came home relaxed, saying she had enjoyed herself and everyone was so kind. Finding The Whitebeach has put my mind at rest. We hope to benefit from Respite regularly, and I know I could turn to them if I was ill or if my partner needed longer term care. – June 2021
My mother in law was in Coast Care Centre for 6 weeks after she had a fall. The care my mother in law received was outstanding. All staff were very caring and helpful. I called regularly to check my mother in law was okay and was always reassured.
I can’t thank you enough for the care you gave my mother in law. My mother in law hasn’t been very well recently, but thanks to your care I feel like we have our Mum back!
My mother in law is now in one of their sister homes and is still very happy!
My husband was in another coast care home but went into hospital following a fall downstairs. Because he was bedridden he had to go elsewhere but hospital discharge would have been anywhere. I was so pleased Coast Care intervened and got him to Bexhill Care Centre first. Advanced Alzheimer’s meant no speech but they have worked out his preferences food, drink and music, also now he’s up and about a bit with a simmer and very happy. They are such friendly and dedicated staff. Even with redecorating going on, they keep everyone happy. June 2021
To each and every staff member at Whitebriars; We cannot tell you what it has meant to us that you all took Barb into your hearts and cared for her with kindness and compassion. You are a remarkable team of people and we thank Barb’s lucky stars that she was able to spend the years with you she did. Wishing you all good things for the future and of course carry on doing the good work.
Darryl & Nicki – May 2021Just a line to say thank you all so much for the love and care you showed me while I was staying with you. I enjoyed my stay and feel very much better for it.
Gerry – May 2021Whitebriars demonstrate a level of care and empathy that’s refreshing to see in these uncertain times. They have kept the residents safe and comfortable – my mother is very happy there. Pre-booked visits for the named visitors are well-organised and feel very Covid safe. After the face-to-face visit, I was able to look through the lounge window and see the amazing tea and cake selection laid on for their VE day celebration – everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Ron B – May 2021I cannot express to anyone who is considering choosing a care home enough, that this may be the one for your loved one. They go absolutely above and beyond. They all care so much about each person in their home. Our mum is only 61 with dementia, deaf and partially sighted and everyone has been amazing. It was the hardest decision to make, to choose a care home, I honestly believe that we have made the right choice for Mum. She will get everything she needs and more each day here at WhiteCliff. I am absolutely reassured that our Mum is safe, well cared for and stimulated here.
Michelle – May 2021Lovely staff and very friendly and bubbly, and looking after my dad very well. They work really hard and made me feel welcome. Thank you for your help. 5-star service. Lovely food, events and activities for everyone daily.
Natalie – May 2021I was very nervous and unsure about looking for a home for my mum but the lady that showed me around was very friendly and made me feel at ease, she took her time to show me around the home and go through any questions.
The rooms were nice, light and homely and there was a singalong happening in the lounge.
My mum has never been a social lady before and I didn’t think she would get involved in activities but with a lot of persuasion they managed to get my mum involved in a variety of activities, it was so lovely to see photos of my mum on social media of Mum laughing and smiling and being engaged.
The office staff kept me updated regularly with everything i needed to know which was great because it made me at feel i could enjoy my break knowing my mum was safe and enjoying her holiday.
I cant wait for my mum to go back for a period for respite care where hopefully the mini bus trips will be up and running again.
I would highly recommend Whitebeach.
M.P – May 2021Very helpful and friendly staff. Positive atmosphere throughout. My Aunt is clearly in good hands as she seems happy and contented and is full of stories. I am very pleased she is in a caring and supportive environment.
Nephew – May 2021I can honestly say that I can’t think of a better, safer or more suitable place for my mum to stay. The team at Whitebeach have consistently gone above and beyond for Mum since the moment she was even first shown around.
Nothing is too much trouble, and every member of staff has the patience of a saint. It must be such a challenging and demanding job, even more so since Covid, but they don’t let that get in the way of making each day fun and enjoyable for the residents, and they always welcome me with a smile and a chat.
They’ve always put the safety of the residents and the team first. I’d like to thank everybody there for the care given to Mum; it’s such peace of mind. She loves you all and often talks about the laughs she has, and that means so much to Mum, myself and our family.
100% recommended with no hesitations!
My mother was a resident of The Whitebeach for the last few years of her life. In that time, she has been extremely well cared for by all the staff. They encouraged her to take part in all the activities, even though she was not sure she would be able to join in. Her great love of the outdoors was encouraged, walking to the duck pond, going out in the minivan to different parts of East Sussex, perhaps having a glass of wine or two!
The days that she remembers with fondness have been when the carers have spent time with her; eating fish and chips on the pier, having a cheeky ice cream on the beach or digging carrots up from their garden trough.
The staff have always been cheerful and welcoming both by phone and face to face. Thank you once again for your infectious humour and joyfulness.
To all the staff at the Bexhill Care Centre, Thank you so very much for looking after S so well, I know she has been very happy with you. You all do an amazing job and deserve a treat (message came with chocolate treats).
Sylvia – March 2021Thank you for the first class care given to our Mum during her short stay with you.
Family of B – March 21Just a thank you card to say how much I appreciated the care and kindness that you extended to my brother during his stay with you.
John – March 2021The Whitebeach is everything we hoped a home would be for our Mum. There is always guilt and worry when you choose a home for a loved one, but we were so very lucky when we found The Whitebeach. The home itself has been made bright, cheery and happy by the personalised displays created by staff and residents. When you walk in, it feels like a cosy home. The staff know residents well, and this is noticeable as they move around greeting residents with affection. The pandemic was a frightening time, but The Whitebeach staff have been amazing. They have kept us updated, always put residents first, and continued to do all they could to keep it the loving, caring, dynamic environment it always is. I love to see the photos of Mum that they share – clearly happy and engaged, and most importantly for me, cared about. A wonderful home, with wonderful staff.
Annie – March 2021Having had to move our Mum from another care home, we cannot believe the difference in care. Whitecliff go above and beyond. Mum always looks so lovely. There is always a huge range of daily engaging activities. We love seeing what the residents’ are doing and this is always very evident on the Coast Care website. This has been invaluable during the pandemic. I just wish we had found this loving care home first. Staff are wonderful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Can’t thank everyone enough for giving our Mum the love and care she deserves.
Debbie – March 2021Whitebeach and all the staff have been a lifesaver to me and my husband. It was such a relief to us to have my mother looked after in such a safe, warm, caring and fun environment. Whitebeach staff are highly experienced in dealing with dementia and Alzheimer’s, and I can’t thank them enough. Worth every penny!
Jane – March 2021My husband has been a resident at this care home for several years; he has advanced Dementia, and the care he has received has been excellent; the fully trained staff are always kind and thoughtful, maintaining dignity for the patient at all times. The staff and management have kept the family fully informed of any problems that occur despite the challenging conditions during the pandemic. They have maintained lots of activities for the residents, and in normal times, there would have been outings in the minibus. There is also a large sunny garden for the residents to enjoy in the summer months.
Janice – March 2021It is extremely difficult to relinquish the care of an elderly and frail relative when you have undertaken the task for so long, but everyone at The Whitebeach made it much easier than expected. I received constant updates and photographs, and I noticed proper cups and saucers at the tables – a mark of respect for the age of the residents. My relative was happy and so well cared for, and they made great strides in understanding how his dementia affected him. Thank you very much for making his final days worthwhile.
Lorraine – March 2021My mother has Alzheimer’s and has been at the home for quite a while. Like most people, it is a massive decision to make placing your loved one in a care home. It became apparent that Mum was becoming a danger to herself and those around her and was a constant worry to all her daughters. Mum had been a career in a nursing home, and the one disease she was afraid of getting was Alzheimer’s; she knew what was going to happen to her and hard it would be for family and careers.
Whitebeach has taken away any doubts or worries about her safety and her mental state. They have treated her with patience, dignity and love. There are always activities to stimulate her mind, they feed her better than I feed myself, and she always has good company. Physically she is always clean, smart and tidy.
I would happily recommend Whitebeach; their care, love and safekeeping of my mum have been excellent; they give me peace of mind.
To all the wonderful staff at Whitebeach, for your unrivalled care to all of your residents. We can’t thank you enough.
Jan and family – February 2021Just to say ‘thank you’ doesn’t seem enough. We will never forget all you did for our Mum. You looked after her so well, she said you were a lovely bunch and told us it was such a lovely place to be. She said if anyone ever needed to go into care this would be the place to go. Without ALL of your hard work, dedication and compassion your home wouldn’t be the same. Thank you all so much for everything you did for our Mum and for us.
Paul, Julia & Debbie – January 21We wanted to thank all the staff at the Bexhill Care Centre who have been extremely kind, supportive and understanding with David, providing time to speak with him, he has nothing but praise for the staff.
Cindy – January 2021What can we say, its been an awful year but you guys are just the best! Working in such stressful and scary times and always putting the residents first. Your care of John has been second to none and thank you just doesn’t seem enough.
Chris and Sandra – January 2021So glad my Mum is in a wonderful caring home now. Nothing is ever to much trouble for the staff. Well done to you all for what you have done and continue to do for all your residents
Debbie – January 2021We know you are kind, caring and selfless as you look after mum so well – now so many more people can see the amazing work you do. Thank you.
Annie – January 2021I just want to say an extraordinarily BIG thank you for all the care, support and love shown to Mum during her stay with you. I so wish she could of stayed! Her emotional well being, as well as her physical, is so important and I know just how much she loved and appreciated every one of you and what you did for her (especially Andre and Grace). You have all been absolute stars and your kindness will never be forgotten.

Barbara, Tony and Family – March 20I have to compliment your staff they couldn’t of taken anymore care of all those lovely people. The residents are so lucky to have people like you looking after them.
Bus Stop Bakery and Tea Rooms Hastings – October 2019Everyone from management, carers to housekeeping at Whitecliff is lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. There are always lots of activities going on and the home has a lovely friendly vibe. I’m sad that Mum needs to move to nursing care but will always be grateful to all at Whitecliff for all they have done for her.

Sarah – July ’19I just wanted to say how impressed I was during my BIA visit yesterday to Whitebeach. The clients seemed happy to be participating in activities in the main room. RW and VJ were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the clients I was there to see and gave me the time to do my job.

Barbara and Tony April 17Mum needed to be moved to a nursing home due to ill health. We were sad that she had to leave. No hassle for them! They even packed her belongings and transported her stuff to the new home, saving my elderly Dad the stress. An absolutely excellent care home.
