Our ducklings

At the beginning of the month, we welcomed duck eggs into each home, eagerly anticipating their hatching. After a period of incubation, the eggs gradually began to hatch, sparking excitement among staff and residents alike. The newly hatched ducklings quickly became confident, growing noticeably each day.
As they grew, the ducklings enjoyed learning to swim in small paddling pools, much to the delight of our residents who watched in awe. The little ducks were very friendly, loving gentle cuddles and plenty of attention from everyone.
Eventually, the time came for the ducklings to move on from their temporary homes and small pools. They were returned to a local farm, which had provided our Coast Care residents with this delightful experience.
