Other Christmas related activities in December ’24

December was a month full of festive spirit as we embraced the magic of Christmas and welcomed in the New Year.

Our residents had a wonderful time taking part in a variety of activities, including crafting beautiful Christmas artwork, baking festive treats, and enjoying visits from several local choirs, who brought holiday cheer to our home with their carols. We also made the most of the season with trips to local cafés for mince pies and tea, as well as several outings to a nearby pub where residents enjoy a delicious Christmas lunch.

A particularly special moment was our trips to the White Rock Theatre, where many residents had the pleasure of attending the festive pantomime Peter Pan.

As we bid farewell to 2024, our New Year’s celebrations continued with a delightful gathering in the garden, where residents enjoyed waving sparklers.
