More Activities March ’24

March was again a busy month leading up to Easter and our Easter celebrations. We enjoyed a few days of Spring weather and lots of Spring themed activities.

We celebrated Holi traditionally with lots of colour. St Patricks Day was celebrated with themed art work and a pint of Guiness or two. International Happiness day, Red nose day and Einsteines birthday were also acknowledged.

Some members of our management team attended St Marys School at their career fair, it was great to meet so many enthusiastic young people looking at social care as a career option.

We welcomed Glow baby toddler group into our homes once again for a wonderful morning mixing the generations, there were lots of happy smiles to be seen. The painted ladies held an art session at Bexhill museum hat exhibition, this was a great experience for our residents.

The regular activities of art and crafts, hairdresser visits, games, pamper sessions, music therapy, birthday celebrations, baking, word games, quizzes, bingo, flower arranging, karaoke, cake decorating and fantastic bus trips to local cafe, garden centres, Hastings aquarium and ten pin bowling all took place.
