Happy Holi

We celebrated Holi Hindu festival at Whitebeach and Whitecliff. Traditional celebrations include throwing coloured powder and water on one another. Staff and residents went into the garden to enjoy this tradition. Holi is celebrated on the last full moon of the lunar month. This year the festival was held on March 14th.

Residents made some fantastic, colourful tie dye and listened to a staff member explain the cultural significance of Holi.
