Autumnal Art

At Coast Care, we joyfully welcomed September and the start of the autumn season by engaging our residents in a series of creative art and craft activities. Sarah from ‘The Painted Ladies’ visited all of our homes, bringing her artistic expertise and working closely with both our residents and staff teams to create stunning autumnal wall murals. These vibrant murals now adorn the walls of our lounges and day centre, adding warmth, colour, and seasonal beauty for all to enjoy throughout this season.

In addition to the murals, our residents also participated in crafting autumn-themed wreaths, bunting, hedgehogs, and painting stones. Each resident had the opportunity to create their own individual artwork, allowing them to express their creativity and personal style. The activities not only brightened our surroundings but also brought joy and a sense of accomplishment to the residents, fostering a wonderful sense of community as we embrace the autumn season together.
