Whitecliff Nursing Home,
St. Leonards, East Sussex
“I have been so pleased with everyone at Whitecliff. The staff are all lovely and have made mum at home and me so welcome when I visit. I feel that when I leave Mum I don’t have to worry about her care or safety. I wish I’d had the choice of this home before. Christmas was great with a lot of activities and parties. Great atmosphere every time I visit.”

Prior to this, Kevin had spent most of his career in the construction industry, before he decided he needed a career change. Kevin & Lynda have both been ever-present at all services and supports the management teams daily, offering experience and guidance. Kevin & Lynda’s inspiration came from David Sheard from Dementia Care Matters, and the ethos instilled is present in all the services
In January 2026, Kevin & Lynda made the decision to appoint Danielle as Joint-CEO alongside Kevin. This move allows Kevin to support and mentor Danielle in this role, whilst ensuring the consistency of the company for the future.
